Calling Out The SANTA CRUZ JOKER

A guy calling himself "The Santa Cruz Joker" blew up for a bit on Twitter. He walks around town in full Joker getup, scaring the locals, and getting bricks thrown at him by the homeless. He had a run in with Jesse in a series of tweets, and after blocking Pod Awful on Twitter, made a sworn enemy of Jesse. We will MAKE HIM PAY.
